Football Speed and Strength Camp
Football Speed and Strength Camp starts Saturday January 23rd! To Register please go to www.nextleveltraining.ca and click the Camp Registration link. Please be sure to check off each box and be very precise when filing it out as it is sensitive to little errors.
Camp Starts with testing, nutrition and technique training on Saturday, January 23rd from 5:30 - 7:00 pm at the Atlantic Fitness Centre on Garfield Street
Starting Wednesday February 3rd 2010 from 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm Athles star the speed training program that runs every Wednesday from 4:30-5:30 pm and every Saturday from 5-6 pm for 8 consecutive weeks. Players will train for speed and agility followed by a 20 min scrimmage, players are expected to be there 3o min prior to start time to warm up and stretch so that the sessions get underway right on time.

Clippers defeat the Timberwolves 2009 Lobster Bowl
The Clippers kicked off and the Timberwolves moved the ball up the field and then turned it over on a a fumble
which bounced back deep into their end. The Cooke Clippers quickly capitalized on the turnover when Dave Arsenault rushed in from the red zone to score the first touchdown of the day. The PAT was good and

About the League
The PEI Tackle Football League plays by Canadian football rules but with four downs including a mandatory passing down. Several of our graduates are now enrolled in university or college and playing football at the varsity level.
