The Souris WildCats run over the Cornwall TimberWolves 29-13.

 

The Timberwolves scored first with Wolves QB, Joe Revell, throwing a 2yd TD pass to Marc Hogan, convert good, Score a the end of 1st quarter 7-0 Wolves Wolves running back Aaron Ellis pushed it across for the Wolves 2nd major of the game to go up 13-0 as the extra point was missed. This was the end of the Wolves offense for the rest of the night, the WildCats came alive mid way through the 2nd quarter lead by running back Tyler Gallant, too much for the Wolves to handle on this night. WildCats score two touch downs with #19, Tyler Gallant running both in from 20 yards and 30 yards.

 

Both converts were made by #88, Drew MacInnis. Score 14-13 for the Wildcats over the Wolves. Late in the 2nd quarter the WildCats attempt a 40 yard field goal, it was missd but still was able to get a single point.

 

Score at half time 15-13 for the Souris Wild Cats.

 

3Rd quarter opened with Souris once again scoring a another major which seemed to set the tone for the rest of the 2nd half.

 

It was #3, Paul McDonald scoring the 3rd major for the WildCats from the 3yard line on a quick hitter from the left side. Convert missed. 3rd Quarter ends: 21-13

 

Mid way through the 4th quarter, #29, Logan Sauve, ran in from 15 yards to score the final major of the game. Souris went for the two points and it was good. Score 29-13. The Souris Defense was able to shut down the Wolves great running game lead by #47 Kyle Gallant, #56 Nathan Conway and #57 Mitchell MacKinnon.
