October 16th, 2009

The Timberwolves, got things started and on their second possession, Phillip Lanthier kicked one through the uprights for the Timberwolves.  The rest of the quarter was scorless so at the end of the quarter it was Timberwolves 3 - Clippers 0.

On the first turnover of the second half Dakota Dawson made the interception for the Clippers and ran the ball back to the Wolves 50 where Matt Rice made a nice toss to Joey Dugay, Joey carried the ball to 'First & Goal', where Quarterback Matt Rice rushed it in for the TD.  Alex Works made the kick and it was 20-6 for the Clippers.

At the end of the Third Quarter the score was 20-6 for the Clippers. Each team had each turned over the ball 5 times, but there were plenty more to come in the Fourth.
